Then I had the mandarin and almond cake, which was spectacular. The service is excellent and the decor is very cozy. I’ll keep coming back. ”
“ The A Casa de Antônia is located on the Conjunto Nacional in the Paulista avenue, the entrance is a corridor little bit strange, but the ambience inside is totally diferent, very pleasant. The local is very nice for brunch, the menu hasn't several options but the good food quality compensates it. Price is a little higher than similar locals. The service is good, waiters are attentive and cordial. In general no reservation is necessary, it worths a visit. ”

“ I found this place via Google and the pics & reviews made me set on giving it a go. Except, I found it extremely difficult to find the actual restaurant! I got lost trying to find the entrance. Turns out it’s inside the Conjunto Nacional. I was relieved when I finally got there. I received a warm welcome. The surroundings were tasteful and elegant. I was dining solo, and found the waiter to be friendly and helpful. Very attentive. Sometimes too attentive. Felt like I was being watched when eating. There was a little bit of a language barrier but overall, we managed to make it work. The food was outstanding. Everything was delicious! I had the Romana, pistachio vinaigrette salad to start. The Thai shrimp with plantain, chard, okra and jasmine rice for my main and a cinnamon roll for dessert. I enjoyed every single bite and was sorry that I was not able to make it back there again during my trip. I would have eaten everything all over again (except I would have tried the apple pie with dulce de leche, oat and brown sugar crumble with cinnamon cream on my next visit!) ”
